The fireplace is great. We have a 300 square foot sun room and it provides heat to make the room very comfortable. The unit took 13 days to arrive by freight carrier. It took less than 3 hours to unpack and assemble.

This fireplace was the perfect fit in our Arizona living room. We live in Alaska most of the year and have always had wood burning devices and missed the heat and ambiance those provided. This electric fireplace provides both without the messiness that comes with burning wood. And once put together it looks amazing realistic. We are extremely happy with this purchase. Shipping was quick and painless as was the purchasing process.

Love the fireplace! We received the fireplace in excellent condition - packaged very well. It was easy to assemble (by our son-in-law) and didn't take much time at all. The rocks are very realistic looking (we were afraid they would look plastic-y but don't) and the mantle is substantial and the wood heavy. We are very happy with the product - just wish the heating element wasn't so prominent in the top part of the fire box.

I am loving this fireplace! It gives a charming rustic look that fits perfectly with my decor, and it also has tons of cool modern features like an app and remote control. The flames are very realistic and I like that I can control the colors and speeds. Setting an automatic timer for the heat is a nice touch. It was really easy to assemble, and customer service was great too!

I've had so many compliments on this fireplace! I got it in time for a friendsgiving I hosted at my apartment and it was beyond perfect for the space. It's so warm out right now that we turned the heat off and just had the fireplace going, which was a great feature. The fact that this is controllable by my phone also means one less remote I need to keep track of. The app was really easy to use and I had it setup super quick (I'm not that tech savvy either). I ordered this and it arrived in less than a week, better than I can say for most things. I wish I had a bigger place so I could get another heater.
