Know now features I would consider in making a smarter pick. My contractor had to do lots of extra work. The unit requires 2 by 6 beams. My old house has 2 by 4. We had to forget flush mount. There should be a battery back up. Many areas have power outages & brown outs. A rechargeable battery in set up would be smart.
